Smart metering
Smart metering technologies provide interval energy data for our buildings, enabling informed energy savings decisions and rapid response to usage spikes.
HVAC performance testing
Smartphone-integrated HVAC testing equipment provides easy access to real-time efficiency measurements to make sure our units are operating at peak performance.
Lighting simulation
We use 3D renderings of LED lighting system performance to determine the optimal orientation and fixture types for new lighting projects at our buildings.
LED bulbs
We’re retrofitting existing fluorescent light fixtures or replacing incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs for a brighter, safer, more energy-efficient workplace.
Lighting controls
New lighting control systems turn lights on and off — or dim light levels — depending on the occupancy and amount of daylight harvested by the building.
Water conservation
TVA completes energy and water surveys to make sure we’re using water wisely. Low-flow plumbing fixtures, aerators and leak detection help us do our part.
